One bottle of Drops is 60mL and will last approximately 42 days if instructions are followed correctly. One bottle of Maintain contains 60 veggie capsules, and one bottle of Pura contains 60 veggie capsules. All purchases include support available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Spray 2 squirts (0.5mL) under the tongue and hold for 30 seconds before each meal 3 times daily. Hold drops under tongue before swallowing. Do not eat or drink for 15 minutes after taking drops. Do not exceed 3mL daily.
Take two veggie capsules 2-3 times daily. For best results, take 30 minutes before each meal. Discontinue use if not well tolerated.
Take 2 veggie capsules in the morning with your first meal. If well tolerated, take 2 capsules with your first meal and 2 capsules with your last meal, daily until capsules are gone. Discontinue use if not well tolerated.
Do not exceed continuous use for more than 15 days. For optimal results, use only once every eight weeks. Drink at least 8 cups of water daily.
Add 4tsp or 10-20g to 250mL of water in a cup or blender, add ice if desired. If using a shaker cup allow mixture to stand for 3 minutes so that fiber can absorb liquid.
